These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Autombl Auto and its customers.
Purpose
These conditions govern the sale and export of vehicles by Autombl Auto to Algeria.
Price and Payment
Prices are quoted in euros. They include the vehicle and may include export fees depending on the package chosen. Payment is made by bank transfer.
Delivery
Delivery is made in Algeria at the agreed address. Average time is 3 to 6 weeks depending on destination and customs procedures.
Warranty
Vehicles are sold with their original warranty if applicable. A condition report is provided before export.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days to withdraw before the vehicle is shipped.
Note: This right no longer applies once the vehicle has been shipped.
Vehicle Conformity
The delivered vehicle will conform to the description. A valid French technical inspection is provided.
Transfer of Ownership
Transfer of ownership takes place after full payment. Export documents are provided.
Liability
Autombl Auto is responsible until delivery of the vehicle to destination.
Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law.
Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in case of dispute, you may use the free mediation service. The designated mediator is indicated in our Legal Notice. Before contacting the mediator, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute directly with our customer service through a written complaint.
